Kurikulum di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Methodist Indonesia adalah dengan mengunakan KBK yang disesuaikan berdasarkan deskriptor KKNI dimana dilakukan dengan pendekatan terintegrasi baik horizontal maupun vertikal, serta berorientasi pada masalah kesehatan individu, keluarga dan masyarakat dalam konteks pelayanan kesehatan primer.
Struktur kurikulum di FK Universitas Methodist Indonesia terdiri dari dua tahap, yaitu tahap sarjana kedokteran dan tahap profesi dokter. Beban Studi Program Sarjana adalah 153 sks yang dijadwalkan dalam 8 (delapan) semester.
Satu semester terdiri dari 3 blok yang dilaksanakan dalam waktu 7 minggu setiap blok. Setelah menyelesaikan tugas akhir (skripsi) mahasiswa akan mengikuti wisuda untuk mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Kedokteran (S. Ked). Isi Kurikulum
Pada isi kurikulum tahap program sarjana kedokteran dimulai dari ilmu kedokteran dasar kemudian lanjut ke pembelajaran ilmu kedokteran klinik. Setelah itu akan masuk pembelajaran ke ilmu kedokteran komunitas dan ilmu kedokteran humaniora serta prinsip-prinsip metode ilmiah.

Ilmu kedokteran dasar, meliputi anatomi, biokimia, histologi, fisiologi, mikrobiologi, parasitologi, patologi klinik, patologi anatomi, dan farmakologi. Ilmu-ilmu kedokteran dasar dijadikan dasar ilmu kedokteran klinik sehingga mahasiswa mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup untuk memahami konsep dan praktik kedokteran klinik.

Ilmu kedokteran klinik meliputi ilmu penyakit dalam, ilmu bedah, ilmu penyakit anak, ilmu kebidanan dan kandungan, ilmu penyakit paru, ilmu penyakit syaraf, ilmu kesehatan jiwa, ilmu kesehatan kulit dan kelamin, ilmu kesehatan mata, ilmu THT, radiologi, anestesi, ilmu kedokteran forensik dan medikolegal.

Ilmu kedokteran komunitas terdiri dari ilmu kesehatan masyarakat, ilmu kedokteran pencegahan, epidemiologi, ilmu kesehatan kerja, ilmu kedokteran keluarga dan pendidikan kesehatan masyarakat.

Ilmu kedokteran humaniora meliputi agama, etika dan hukum kedokteran, bahasa indonesia, bahasa inggris, pancasila serta kewarganegaraan.

Prinsip-prinsip metode ilmiah meliputi metodologi penelitian, statistik dan Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM).
